President Trump did not facilitate this one iota. He was just too busy defending himself against 24/7/365 attacks by the Deep State, Dems, and RINO’s to put any focus on this specific issue.
He empowered our Armed Forces to do their jobs and the results were that our enemies went quiet during his presidency. None of the chaos that exists today was anywhere to be seen during his tenure.
