Respect to the Typhoon drivers. 1600 miles each way, 7/8 hours round trip like flying from London area to Istanbul and back.

8 hours flying time would mandate pre-strike & post-strike refuelling.

The tanker would most likely be an RAF Voyager aircraft.

The Voyager is a probe & drogue refueller based on the Airbus 330.

I wonder where the Voyager orbited while the Typhoons hit their targets...most likely in Saudi airspace.
