Nor do I believe there would have been a Civil War, then or now, as long as the justice system had the guts to work. Our chances of accomplishing anything now are greatly diminished because of the psychological conditioning to which the electorate has been subjected and the resulting concerns gutless judges (and I'm talking about you John Roberts) have for their own safety.

That is exzctly right- the damage that it has done to the nation will be, is, tremendous and will be felt for generations to come as the left now know they can cheat with impunity, knowing,that the public and their opponents have been psychologically smashed into silence through the left’s determined deatructive efforts to control the narrative and imprison anyone that questions them.
At this stage, there are people who will not accept that any system is just and fair…if their side loses.
