nobody has a right to block a public way...
there are people needing to get to work, to medical appointments, to hospital, to school, whatever. and emergency vehicles like ambulances and fire trucks.
the police have no business “protecting” these criminals.
the police should be arresting and removing these jerks right away (one warning and then cuff them!)
