Ever learning what was done that day illegally to incite the crowd and let loose the anger of America against those who were desirous of a pause in the fast moving effort to confirm an illegal election.

So rather than at least give some opportunity for reflection if nothing else, the rush to confirm became the rule of the day, and justice be damned we’ll just blame the innocent. My two Senators stand as shining examples of that attitude to this very day.

In the minds of rational honest patriots present that day in Washington DC and the rest of us who actively chose not to venture into the lions den, January sixth 2020 should stand as a greater day infamy than Dec seventh 1941.

That's what I saw as I watched a live feed: a crowd milling about in front of the barriers. Then the police starting hitting them with flashbangs and tear gas, which simply enraged the crowd who then stormed the barriers.

The police fled back towards the capitol in panic.
