What could the West deliver to Ukrainr that would move this to a Ukraine advantage instead of stalemate with slight disadvantage? More long range missiles to hit deep within Russia? Take out their oil pipelines to China and India (2 of them, i believe)?
Tactical nukes to take out Russian armor and close air support?
Close the pipeline of drones and artillery shells from North Korea and Iran with blockades and mines?

All of the above. The easy thing to do is send the 1000+ ATACS missiles with cluster munitions that the US plans on destroying at taxpayer expense.

Ukraine can get rid of them for us by launching them at Russian military concentrations.
