If Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell met sometime between 1988 and 1991, and if Maxwell was the woman who procured the underage girls, then their pedophile ring couldn't have started until the early to mid-1990s.
Bill Clinton became President in 1992, and the Hillary Clinton FBI files scandal involved improper access of files between 1993 and 1994.
Could Epstein have been the method that the FBI used to create those files that the Clintons then leveraged?
Craig Livingstone was the director of the White House's Office of Personnel Security, and was the person blamed for improperly requesting hundreds of FBI files. The mystery of who hired Livingstone went on for years until it was ultimately pinned on Vince Foster, who later died under suspicious circumstances in Fort Marcy Park in 1993.
I know I'm doing some serious conspiracy theory speculating here, but is it possible that Epstein was an FBI asset who was instrumental in entrapping powerful DC figures in underage sex scandals that were documented by the FBI, and that the Clintons were aware of it and kept copies of the FBI files, and that Vince Foster was killed over it to keep their involvement a secret?

If that were the case, it greatly lowers the chance that Bill Clinton himself would have been involved in any illegal underage sex at the time, out of fear of FBI leaks if nothing else.
I’m increasingly suspecting that the “Deep State” is international in scope, with government employees serving the interests of the rich and powerful, not just of the US.
Some speculated that Epstein was working for Mossad (given papa Maxwell’s connections), others that he was FBI/CIA given their protection, some even MI6.
Why either/or, rather than “all of the above”.

Although I would add the CIA. I hypothesize that Bill Clinton was a hook to attract the powerful into the Honey Pot and the FBI and CIA (if the power player was an international) leveraged them to do whatever the Cabal wanted or needed to be done. This explains why DC does very little positive for American interests. This explains why people like Roberts, Barr, Sessions, et al. have been so disappointing. They are being leveraged by whoever or whatever is in control of the levers. It is important that all the names etc. become public.
