Wrong. WE fomented an illegal coup in Ukraine and setoff a civil war. We turned Ukraine into a national security threat to Russia. The Russians come to us BEFORE the war with their security concerns attempting to avoiding going into Ukraine. Implementation of the Minsk Accords would have prevented the war.
