I hope MTG writes a bill that if passed, would give a life sentence to any person caught swatting people. They can add terrorism to the charge when done to any person known for politics.

Be very, very cautious before piling in on “domestic terrorism”. The terms “terrorist” and “terrorism” lack definition in a way that “enemy soldier” and “war” do not.
It hasn’t taken long for the regime to apply “anti terrorism” laws to Trump supporters, trad Catholics, and people opposing “our Democracy”. When you “add terrorism” to a charge “because politics” you are putting a rope around your own neck.
We were swatted once by a neighbor...I agree with your post re: sentencing...it is a form of attempted murder, because that IS the perp’s intent. (The little **** got away with it...no punishment whatsoever, as she was related to a town official.)
I want the death penalty for that action.
