Georgia Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene was swatted for "like the 8th time" on Christmas at her Georgia home.
"I was just swatted," the congresswoman wrote. "This is like the 8th time. On Christmas with my family here. My local police are the GREATEST and shouldn’t have to deal with this. I appreciate them so much and my family and I are in joyous spirits celebrating the birth of our savior Jesus Christ!"

That is so true. There would be federal charges and a long prison sentence. More evidence of a two-tiered justice system that is tilted toward the evil marxists.
I hope MTG writes a bill that if passed, would give a life sentence to any person caught swatting people. They can add terrorism to the charge when done to any person known for politics.
By posting online what whoever it was did this she gives them power.....even though the cowards remain unknown, IMO it would have been better not to give them any publicity at all.

Be very, very cautious before piling in on “domestic terrorism”. The terms “terrorist” and “terrorism” lack definition in a way that “enemy soldier” and “war” do not.
It hasn’t taken long for the regime to apply “anti terrorism” laws to Trump supporters, trad Catholics, and people opposing “our Democracy”. When you “add terrorism” to a charge “because politics” you are putting a rope around your own neck.
Along with…well, the list is far too long.
Someone swatted Jack Posobiec’s elderly parents yesterday. You are correct. It never happens to the left. That is what is called a clue. Also, although the FBI can find anyone who was within a 100 miles of the Capitol on 1/6/21, they can’t find any of these swatters. That is clue number two.

We were swatted once by a neighbor...I agree with your post re: sentencing...it is a form of attempted murder, because that IS the perp’s intent. (The little **** got away with it...no punishment whatsoever, as she was related to a town official.)
And then if there was a real incident against an elected official and the police didn’t respond to yet another incident.
Sadly the cops are stuck having to respond.
Remember Garland claiming he couldn’t find the bad guys at night......so there wasn’t much the FBI could do?!!
