He still can’t be on the ballot if the ruling holds. They can caucus until they are blue in the face.
It would be more helpful if they fought instead of submitting.

Since the other Repukes have zero chance in primaries they would prefer caucuses so they can rig them for their preferred candidate. Since I know there is actually one party open to the idea that this is part of their plan to stop Trump
