Guess that last part rules out Biden....... "having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress".

That was specifically only applied to those Democrats who fought in the Civil War for the South.

Once all of them were gone it can have no meaning.

Um, you are aware that SENATOR Biden took an oath as SENATOR, to support the Constitution .... right?
