It is surprising that the black community hasn't noticed before now that immigration by Hispanics won't work in their favor.

Blacks are a permanent underclass in America, by their own decisions. Voting like they do, 80-90% for Democrats is the main reason. That is what is surprising, they don't see the obvious.

Well, there’s something else driving those poor decisions - the “Bell Curve”.

And that’s a tough thing to fix.
