If Trump reaches out to a neoCON / deep state Republican to try to win more votes, I think it will actually turn off more voters to have a POS like Pence on the ticket than it brings in.
Rand Paul should be in the VP discussion.
Agree it can’t be a deep stater or any choice that reminds voters of Pence. Personally I like Elise Stefanik but someone like that apparently isn’t a consideration.
Id that would have turned them off, they wouldn’t have been supporting him since January 2017.
