speech crimes

Is there a federal criminal code concerning speech crimes? I'm not aware of this.

It sounds like he entered and stayed in a place at the Capitol that he should not have.

That got him 60 days. It had zero to do with speech.

On J6 it was illegal to encourage folks to enter the Capitol.

It was also illegal to discourage folks from entering the Capitol.

It was also illegal to say nothing anywhere near the Capitol.

If you had proper legal training (in North Korea) you would understand this!
