“Hunter Biden does not get to decide what kind of deposition he appears for.”
Will the courts actually send him to jail if he refuses? Will congress refer a contempt proceeding to the DOJ? Will the DOJ prosecute? Does Congress have the balls to order its officers to arrest Hunter?
I think Hunter has far more power in that regard than Steve Bannon did.

The courts have no role in this. The power of Congress to compel testimony is plenary. They can jail Hunter until he complies and the courts won’t do jack.
