"...While the person may be in the U.S. illegally, they are not “illegal,” only their status is. “Undocumented” better describes the situation of an immigrant who doesn’t currently have valid legal status in the U.S."

The correct term is Migrant Invader Vermin (MIV)...

Although the latest government admission of the number of MIVs in the country is 45,000,000, it is actually closer to 60,000,000 now...
And growing by 4-5 million per year...

Just think, 4-5 million of these MIVs voted in 2020... You can bet that Soros will make sure at least 30,000,000 will be voting in 2024...

There are several problems.

One big one is liability insurance.

What is the driving record of employees? Did the company have access to said records?

What if an insurance company refused to honor a claim because they could prove a trucker was not eligible to drive? What if the costs of a lawsuit landed on the trucking company and not the insurance?

A friend of mine came from Eastern Europe because a trucking company needed someone familiar with the European trucks they had.

He had to show them his European CDL and provide his translated driving record.

Then the company sponsored his immigration here.

If you just wander across the border can you provide the documents my friend had to?
