It would be nice to take a look under the hood and understand why they agreed.
BTW - FR has become a place where people tap out angry messages based on headlines, and throw insults at the bureaucracy. Very sad to see such juvenile behavior.
Based upon the article source it may be hyperbole. As someone who ran large federal construction projects with hundreds of workers, I can tell you that the ,largest number of Civil Rights complaints and fines by prospective employees in the 1995 to 2005 era were for Hispanic discrimination.
