People should help a neighbor without asking for pay.
It would appear that Jim is going to do my window, just like he did his window, but the requirement is, since it’s a front-facing window, instead of wood in place of the screen that is coming out, the replacement needs to be glass or Plexiglas.
So Jim is going to pick it up and I will have to pay him at some point for his purchase. I will wait for the receipt.
Since today was so unbelievably hectic, my ulcers have flared up and I had to call a halt to everything. Two people gave me the same chocolate present (how thoughtful of them!) and one was going to give me the same thing but has decided to wait on it for a week or two. How much fun is that?
Anyway, it was an amazingly ¡Estupendo! day, and it’s time now to fix Chip’s food and then take my exhausted self to beddy-bye!
Who knew days like this could be so fun?
