Ahhh, let’s be clear about something...Russia does not “support” Hamas. WE support and fund Hamas. We’ve done so for quite some time now, just as we support and fund Iran. Just as we funded and supported the Moslem Brotherhood, the Arab Spring...

Have you bothered to look at what weapons Hamas has and has used? Yeah, we make great stuff.

Hamas is supported by Iran and Qatar and by the UN, the EU and the United States. Most of the hard cash from the US and EU trough UN NGOs and “relief” organizations. Until the Ukraine conflict, Russia had generally good relations with Israel.

Now Russia is very dependent upon Iran for military supplies of drones and other weapons and Israel is helping Ukraine fight the Russians.

It is certain that Russia is highly in favor of the extending the Gaza conflict as it helps drain resources that would otherwise go to the Ukraine conflict. In some ways, the Gaza is a de facto second front in the Ukraine conflict
