While White Americans are only 54% of their nation’s population, Whites constitute 80% (nces.ed.gov/programs/coe/indicator/clr/public-school-teachers) of all qualified teachers.
Hundreds of thousands of American teachers have resigned since 2020. As of 2023 44% of American school districts lack sufficient numbers of teachers (www.lawdistrict.com/articles/teacher-resignation-crisis), and this trend only continues to worsen.
Black male students are 1.5 times more likely than White male students to bring a firearm to school (usafacts.org/articles/how-many-high-schoolers-carry-a-gun/). While Hispanic females are more than twice as likely to bring a gun to school than White females.

There was a time when the English viewed and treated the Irish as 2nd class and almost subhuman. Some may still have this mindset. In the not too distant past, intermarriage between Irish and English was tantamount to the unpardonable sin.
Also in the not too distant past intermarriage between blacks and whites was a crime in certain states.
I'm curious as to your thinking about diversity.

There was a time when southern Europeans, Jews, Orientals, American Indians and others were considered 2nd class here in the U.S. Some Americans still view these groups as 2nd class. How does your treatment of diversity handle these ethnic groups?
IMHO - The problem with absolutism is absolutism, except in the case of God's Word. Again, diversity for the sake of diversity or for the sake of achieving diversity - is a form of socialism. Conversely, when disparate groups or people come together for a common cause or in the case of personal relationship, love and understanding - it's not diversity for the sake of achieving diversity. It's a facet of being human.
The exodus of competent teachers is not about RACE...
It is about WOKE ENGLISH, COMPREHINSIVE SEX EDUCATION, REVISIONIST HISTORY, and “NEW” MATH.
This formula results in students with a dysfunctional perverted world view, and no writing and math skills.
The dumbing down of the nation’s public schools makes way for non-Americans to fill high level positions in the workforce.

I remember schools in the 1950s with no problems even though there were small numbers of blacks, Hispanics, American Indians and lots of whites in the schools.
Then in the 1960s things began to change. I still remember the problems in Little Rock in 1957. I learned a new word back then. Segregation. I asked dad what it meant and I was shocked as I remembered all the schools I had been to in the Rockies that had various races of kids.
Sadly we look back and think that maybe George Wallace was right after all.
I had a similiar situation in a second grade classroom I co-taught in (I was the special education teacher which was needed because more than 50% of the students in the class had IEPs). My partner and I used fun sized versus regular sized candy bars to teach delayed gratification and results for hard work. This lasted for 3 weeks when a group of AA parents complained their children only got the fun sized candy bars and the white students got full sized ones. Our principal supported us and tried to explain what we were doing (he tried telling them their children had the opportunity to earn the larger ones too but they wouldn’t hear that). They didn’t like that so they went to the district superintendent who told us we had to give the AA children both fun sized and regular candy bars. We stopped giving any rewards- with the exception of high sugar treats we gave them about 10 minutes before the school day ended on Fridays :0)

At the last parent teacher night this year I noted that most of my middle school sons classes were run by dual teachers here In Suffolk county Long Island. They had some halfassed weak explanation for this involving efficiency but I thought the union must love it. The classes are much smaller than the ones I attended in that very building years ago.
The Weather Underground folks stopped bombing buildings in the 70s and became teachers instead. And we now see the rotten fruit.

I have white women friends that are/were teachers. They are scared. One had to put up with being called a racist everyday. It’s just not worth the danger to them.
Well, according to TV commercials there are no whites in America. White males? Apparently extinct.
