(the fact that Sask is most at risk given they have part of the Tar Sands, Coal, and the largest uranium deposits in NA just shows this has been artificially created by incompetence)
Now take very complex systems, stressed to the max with no margin for error, and add diversity/minority incompetents to run them = FAIL
Whatever we have after the Regime collapses, we will have to build locally for ourselves.
