Years ago when this democrat program called 'help a criminal upgrade his gun collection' started - a friend who was a cop told me they'd stand around at the 'buy back' waving and nodding to all the known criminals in line turning in the cheap guns they had stolen for cash to buy better guns.

Democrat 'help criminal thieves programs' are right up there with 'assist addicts with free crack pipes' so when an addict steals for his drug use he saves 10 bucks by NOT having to buy his own crack pipes.
