The Dean should have sued for wrongful termination, but he may have been in too much a state of shock to plan for any vengence. “How could this be happening?”

I can’t find anything since the firing.
I guess she just took the payout and retired.
It makes sense to just pack it in if the world and the institutions you worked in for decades suddenly change, and you can’t keep up with the constant churn of required thinking, or don’t want to.
