1st amendment violation pure and simple. It is not the governments job to regulate what people can say- when th3y do, they are declaring that what so eone says is false, and what they, the gov says is true, and everyone knows darn well that that is pure crap- disinformation-
And if government is allowed to spew disinformation formation, then the citizens are allowed as well. It is an ina.ienable right to say what one wishes no matter how vile ir distasteful or true or false. THe gov is violating that right.
