The headline is misleading, sorry to say. The judge is apparently a gym buff. He in a weight room with shirt off, showing his bony six pack. That’s it. Nothing obscene. Doesn’t even appear to be a steroid user.

This particular ICU/LLC has a Riley Park as the agent name (there are 893 Riley Park named people in WY - obviously a scam name). Look at the PDFs under history:
Sounds like something intended to make people look like fools.
He has more than his shirt off. The one photo where his phone is in front of his lower abdomen looks like he’s either not wearing pants, or he’s pulled them way down for “maximum effect”.😵
