There are lamps you can buy that are supposed to simulate sunlight, and they’re said to help with the whole “seasonal adjustment” thing.
Every year I think, I should get one of those things, but I haven’t yet. Maybe one of these days.
I have one of these and I am amazed by how powerful they are. I left it on for 10 extra minutes after I first woke up and couldn’t sleep at all that night.
That being said, experiment with 5-minute increments and see how you do with it.
