I was told that this happened in the tight streets of NYC back in the day. Young thugs would jump in front of the vehicle in order to stop it. The solution - go slow but don’t stop. Even idiots don’t like being run over.

Even idiots don’t like being run over. I’ve seen videos of people doing that with antifa trash or enviro-jackasses. The little thugs scream angrily and indignantly, but they end up moving out of the way.
