Read a true translation and you will see this has little to do with politics.

A typical translation error has the sun setting in “A dark sea” when it really says “a muddy spring”, or “A muddy pond” or “A spring of muddy water.
No doubt there are many other errors designed to disguise the real meaning of KILL.
