It’s more like we’re all living on a borrowed dime.
unemployment is also low, at 3.8%

The unemployment is calculated from the People who do not have work, but are active LOOKING for job. This number is great, but useless.
The more significant is the work participation ratio. The ratio of working people to the people as whole.
That one is dismal!
The significance of those numbers is that there are a lot of people not working, but not looking for work either!
We are becoming a nation of mama’s boys and homeless!
