Wow, he announced Good Pillow before he registered the business name and got the trademark? Yup! He announced the "Good Pillow" name to the world without registering the name as a trademark. So some enterprising person went ahead and registered it leaving poor Pillow Boy in the cold. Soon after that grifter Hogg announced he was OUT of the pillow business.
