And that's the heart of the matter for us ordinary Americans. There's no going back to what many of us fondly remember as pre-progressive America. What lies on the other side of what's coming at us is impossible to say. Too much uncharted territory. I can find no fault with what Mr. Davis has to say here. If you do then, well - you're just whistling past the graveyard of history and forgotten empires.
“what is unsustainable by definition cannot be sustained”...
Also: [Mat 24:12 NLT] 12 Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold.
Christians must not let their love grow cold in this season. It is a difficult challenge!
This more closely resembles an end is near with a return to normalcy sooner than later.
Besides doomsday prophecies being legendarily off base since dirt turned brown-besides the extremes representing every bubble/panic in the history of man-besides it taking a Herculean effort of co-opting 90% industry/institution/billionaires/wealthiest men ever to maintain the slimmest amount of power-ignoring the mass exodus from blue anything-
the political persecutions, duplicitous judicial system, censorship etc.....are acts of desperation.
I don’t need clicks or to sell books as no one will ever outsell fear mongering.
One of the best I've seen.
I believe we are in the end times ...when the Revelation of Jesus Christ is fulfilled .... but ... just because I think it is ..doesn’t make it so.
We may find our selves exactly where this posits.
It behooves us to plan accordingly.
I can find no fault in the reasoning and I agree with his assessment 100%.
I think the contest will be in the building back ... that's where the globalists want to take it. We need to be ready.
OK. Go about your business.
Exactly!
The idea that Dems are going to sustain co-opting 90% of everything to maintain slim power is unsustainable.
The globe losing faith in our elections is also wholly unsustainable as with it comes faith in the rest.
Doomsday forecasts do seem to be sustainable as long as man exists.
I'm thinking it will be Biblical. As in the Book of Judges.
Bland and broad empty histrionics.
Why you read this blather?
the author is basically correct for the most part. slightly apocalyptical, but correct. Especially in the aspect of “things wont be the way they were before”
Tough times make strong men
Strong men create easy times
East times make weak men
Weak men create tough times
Welcome to 2023
I stated many times during the covid stupidity and the election steal that the world is going to look a lot different on jan 1 2030 then it did on Jan 1 2020.
This is going to be the most world altering decade since the 1940’s.
Thanks for this post.
Prepper’s ping.
Ok so with your outlook I can easily employ my simply kill those in charge rule and you will be alright with that?
EARLY FR Class of 1998...
I believe the US will come to an end when it takes a wheelbarrow of dollars to buy a dozen eggs. At that point I believe fed employees will simply walk away from jobs that pay them with worthless dollars (for a while some may hang on while being paid with stored provisions).
When this happens the states that are best prepared will suffer least (but will still suffer horribly). The states best prepared are the ones that are already establishing stores of precious metals.
Contrary to common belief, precious metals will not prove to be the ideal basis for a post-American currency. The best basis is the strong enforcement of a minimum wage in the new currency. An hour of unskilled labor is every bit as valuable as some fixed quantity of some metal.
And, while standing up this new monetary system, it should be improved. The minimum wage should be established so as to increase with age. This will provide all workers with a strong, healthy motivation to advance over time rather than becoming complacent.
Rapidly establishing a new currency at the state level will be critical to minimizing the suffering.
Pay no attention. Everything is just fine.
And a very perceptive FReeper indeed. :)
Whatever. Go about your business.
That won't help anything. They will just be replaced by others in charge.
