These OSINT folks have become really good at this stuff. This looks to be pretty conclusive that a Hamas missile fell on the Hospital, causing the explosion. The geolocation and timing match perfectly. I have to wonder if the missile struck a weapons cache that that resulted in a much larger explosion, or if the damage and casualties are being massively inflated for propaganda purpose. A rocket causing 500+ casualties seems suspect.

Just when a major meeting and possible agreement between the neighboring Arab states and Egypt nears finalization over the fate of the “refugees” on Gaza, a Hamas rocket “misfires” and destroys a hospital, killing hundreds of kids, causing all parties to cancel the meetings, while the IDF announces there may not be an invasion of the Strip, as there are “other ways”.
No pattern here, no coincidences, right?
