By all accounts, it's a disaster. But they keep coming. Multiple sources have reported Russia has committed 3 brigades to take Avdiivka, so as much as they have lost, they have a lot more to throw in.
I imagine they have a lot to throw in, and appear to being destroyed as quickly as they are deployed.
