THanks for a link that actually goes to the substance of what is claimed, which seems to becoming more unusual.

I’m afraid that Biden is, as usual, largely wrong. However, if he managed to be right, it wouldn’t necessarily a bad thing. There is a great deal of pre-Reagan and even more post-Reagan that I can do without. Stay out of duh Bushes.
