Per Mark Levin, he was failing to enforce sanctions on Iran, so they were selling oil willy-nilly all over the world. So these six billion are really no matter. At this point, what difference does it make.
House will do a resolution and so will the Senate, denouncing terrorism and all. But will they even attempt a bill and after a veto an override of Brandon to re-freeze that cash?
