A Columbia class submarine can carry 16 missiles with up to 14 warheads each. Therefore, a Columbia class submarine can carry up to 224 warheads. The START treaty limits each missile to an average of 4 warheads, meaning that a treaty-compliant submarine can carry about 64 warheads.
