They aren’t dumb.
They know what they are doing. From islands capsizing to planting flags on Mars.
It’s not a symptom of stupidity. It’s a symptom of elitism.
He pulled the alarm to cause pandemonium. He knew he could do it because everything in the world, everyone in the world, every situation is in a concentric ring around him.
He doesn’t think he’s above the law. To him and other democrats there is no law that applies to him. None. And now he doesn’t even have to wear a suit.
They don’t know anything that we know. They have no idea how a debit card works. They don’t know how to buy gas. They don’t know the price of milk. Their limo may drive by a gas station but they don’t know what the numbers mean. “$5 for gas? Is that a whole tank of it? How long does that last? 20 days? 20 minutes? “
They don’t know what 5 dollars mean. They don’t know days or minutes are. Pulling the alarm adds about an hour to a vote and when he said “I was on my way to vote” that’s all a congressman need to say to be exempt from any real law.
