I’m confused. Scattering plastic nanoparticles about the earth’s atmosphere is great for the environment yet climate change is bad.

Would this be considered global pollution. If so, it’s a catastrophe waiting for a place to happen.

Plastic bags were force-fed US until deemed an environmental hazard then it was back to paper (which never should’ve left in the first place).

The hypocrisy is brazen, as you pointed out. But I think the psychopaths in back of geo-engineering fire storms, earthquakes, and so on aren't interested in preserving the environment but rather in harming people they have nothing but contempt for. They hate life, and like demons, crave its extermination.
