Forcing it on those who don't is insane.
I live in a "5 minute" town because I want to.
Most of the services I need are within a 5 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) of my house.
However, for a few of the services, it is a "30 minute" or "2 hour" town.
For a very few, it is a 4 to 8 hour town.
The 30 minute trips, once or twice a month, if that.
The 2 hour, 4 to 10 times a year.
The 4 to 8 hour, 1 to 3 times a year.
That's for services.
For my business, I travel several times a month 2 to 8 hours one way.
The reason I am where I am, is I grew up seeing my grandparents unable to drive stuck in the boonies 15 miles from the nearest grocery store, etc.
It was a real problem for them.
If we reach the point of being unable to drive, we can crawl to everything we need.
Our town is somewhat unusual in that everything in the village is in a 10 block or less area.
You flew by the entire point of these 15 minute cities.
This was an excellent presentation and it is only a few minutes long to fit the time when speaking at city council ...it as a history and condemnation of the UN global agenda.
