I have been hearing this basic idea for over 40 years now. Back then, there was no practical way the plan could have been implemented, but we knew total control was the goal. Ever since then, I’ve seen the relentless march in technology and ideology move to where we are today. It defies common sense - what normal person would think a central bank digital currency is a good idea? But the powers that be are all of one accord in pushing this diabolical idiocy.
