Georgia Guidestones state a reduction in population and then allow only the best 500 million to 1 billion to survive.
Presumably that means that they will keep increasing markers for intelligence and height and state of health until they have achieved a master race. At least, that’s my interpretation of what the Guidestones are talking about.
The Guidestones as written stated 500 million people. They chose not to be flexible on the number.
