There is a big difference in your claim and the claim commonly made that Gates wants to use vaccines to kill billions.
Gates said that we could reduce population growth if we could reduce childhood mortality through the use of vaccination.
It is sophistry to claim that what Gates actually said is the same as wanting to kill billions with vaccines.
