Under what defense are any of them not being prosecuted? Is this a Trickle-Down Theory of Justice started in CA where the DA won't prosecute theft of less than $1000? Where does this moral rot end?

I would guess it’s a deal where the 2 young ones who probably have no criminal record are flipping and testifying against the older guy who was the ring leader.

The two younger ones immediately waived their rights and confessed. Williams refused to.
I don’t know if I’m comfortable with leniency for waiving rights, but honesty (ironic use of the term) should be rewarded.

Two confessed and agreed to repay restitution, and at least one is going into a diversion program. They all lost their airport credentials.
