Charges were dropped for 2 of the 3 Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents caught on surveillance video stealing from passengers at Miami International Airport.
In early July Josue Gonzalez, 20, Elizabeth Fuster, 22, and Labarrius Williams, 33 were arrested and charged for stealing money from passengers’ luggage at MIA.

All you have to do is look at their pics...they check the boxes to get hired and to get away without prosecution.
TLDR: Charges dropped against the female. They tried to get both of the men into “diversion programs” where you do a little community service and they drop the charges once you complete it. One of the guys was rejected from the diversion program, which means he probably has disqualifying previous convictions, or had already been through such a program before. And he was still working at the TSA.
Without getting into any detail I will state that we found a box cutter tucked in the pocket on the back of a passenger seat on a routine search when I was working the ramp. We were privy to the investigation and you are SPOT on. I witnessed much more than I can divulge but I am surprised there are not more arrests.
The two younger ones immediately waived their rights and confessed. Williams refused to.
I don’t know if I’m comfortable with leniency for waiving rights, but honesty (ironic use of the term) should be rewarded.

Guess they’re entitled to it or maybe TSA has Commiefornia rule up to $900 a day is ok.
There were rumors from back in the late 90’s that terrified me.
Stuff was getting through but, again, only rumors with no way to know who people were talking about.
We were sitting ducks and completely at the mercy of those who were on the ground.
These are the people keeping us “safe”. I feel so secure.

My mother was DON at an upscale ALF in Florida when TSA was set up first began hiring.
Her worst CNAs were hired in at FTL-HWD and returned to the facility to rump shake.
They were trespassing of course and sheriff’s deputies had to escort them off premises, with no consequences.
TSA - THUGS STANDING AROUND!
That was way before all of this security. My incident happened few years ago. The biggest threat are the people working inside the airport.
Can’t take too much cash through the checkpoint, or the government will “confiscate” it. Can’t hide it in your luggage or the TSA will steal it.
Gin up a bunch of fake currency. Alter it just enough to avoid counterfiet problems.
Put bundles in your check-in and checked baggage.
Let them try to cash that.
Or, alternate approach, attach a tracker tag.
And that’s how the bass turds on the far-left can show a decrease in crime. Just drop the charges when some arseho commits a crime.
Melanated peoples are not subject to the law.
