He’s had those deep-set, dark, nearly-closed, scowling, scary eyes you see in the bottom photo. Now, in the top photo, the eyes are bright, wide open and forward and cheerful.
The forehead and wrinkles are different, too.
It does not look like the same person.
Everyone knows Fetterman rides the short bus now.
