It would help if we’d stop telling everyone out there that they need to go to “college” and then have them all deep in debt that they can’t get out of. The damn schools are responsible for the Bidenskyyyyy Student Loan Deadbeat Bailout.
I’m waiting for him to come out of the closet as a republican. Won’t happen. I remember Bill Cosby saying some of the same stuff. Then he had to say something derogatory about Clarence Thomas to prove he didn’t wander too far off the plantation. Thomas never did anything to women that put him in jail.
It’s not just schools. The low IQ personnel running HR often require degrees, even for entry level positions. The banks and government are all too happy to loan $150,000 to an 18 year old with no income or CV. This is without collateral or any means of education in a needed field.
An investment banker with 25 years experience and a Harvard MBA knows most can’t afford these loans. He just knows Uncle Sugar can, and he’ll be retired in Monaco getting drunk with 20 year old models.
There’s a lot of blame to go around.
Conversely...having a college/university degree used to mean something. Now with a bunch of “studies” degrees, and the number of liberal arts/diversity courses a college degree is not as valuable as it once was.
I dont thing the kids at CU are paying a lot for their college.
