Apple is set to host specialized entrepreneur training camps that bars applicants based on their race and sex. To participate, organizations must have “black, Hispanic/Latinx, or Indigenous” members in both leadership and on staff.
The program will include two cohorts in October and November, the “underrepresented founders” and “female founders” groups. The camps, which offer valuable resources such as “one-on-one code-level guidance from Apple engineers,” list eligibility requirements that exclude would-be participants on the basis of their race and sex.

No Whites or Asians need apply.
See my tagline.
Apple once filled with innovative people has driven all of them away, and now is settling for a race criteria, instead of excellence no matter which race. Company has entered a full stop and racing to the bottom.

I spent my working life in technology startups and later in corporate IT. I’ve interviewed over a thousand people at least. In startups that are taking off, hiring is a full time endeavor for managers. The jobs I was filling all required technical degrees and were posted publicly as required by EEOC, etc. Anyone in the world could apply. We hired a lot of people from all over the world that spoke many languages and from that perspective, I can say US minorities just don’t seek employment in the US for high tech jobs. We hired as many that applied as were qualified, there just weren’t many.
