Cancers are being detected at a higher rate over the past year or so because patients ignored symptoms and put off screening during the pandemic.
That is an unproven assumption. More to the point, it is as unprovable as what you claim my suggestions are.
If....if your assumption is correct, then the increases in cancer will taper off, back to previous levels in the near future. Let's see what happens.
Could you direct me to your source on unexpected deaths—because the CDC metrics that go back years indicate no increase in any age group past the months with COVID in 20-21.
The cancer numbers will reflect what I am saying…we are seeing it in the cancer centers where my wife works and where she was a patient. People are coming in with cancers that were not detected because screenings were missed. They are coming in more advanced and required more “extreme” actions.
