The best thing about this region is the people themselves. They're absolutely wonderful. It's almost as if I stepped back to the 1950's.

...and also encourages women to think they’re all a ‘10’ resulting in them only dating the top 5% of men, whom enjoy the options and have no reason to commit to any of them (making the women think ‘all men are trash’, no - only the few you all go after).
Dating apps give the ‘modern woman’ the reach to men they’d never have had before - young average men can’t find a date. Now even those that marry find themselves with a wife that gets (quota) promoted at work, earns more than him, and ends up divorcing him because she believes, as a divorced ‘successful’ mother, she can do better. This happened to my son, where she even admits he’s the ‘greatest dad ever’ (of two daughters), a good earner (degreed, white collar job), where there’s no abuse, no fighting, no money problems, no addictions, etc.. She just “isn’t feeling it” anymore.
All while we hear over and over about “toxic masculinity”...because it’s from the mouth of ‘feminism’ that is destroying everything. None of it is good for ANYONE. Social media and dating apps are destroying relationships, they’ve created a generation of selfish narcissists addicted to ‘likes’.

I’ve stated it prior: If you want to save America, focus not on the larger game, but the local one (family, neighbors, local/state politicians).

Burning Man attendees were trying to do that 2 weeks ago when “CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE PROTESTERS” blocked the highway with an empty trailer that looked like a boat trailer in N NEvada.
After traffic was backed up OVER 10 miles—bumper to bumper, the cops got called.
Drivers tried to reason with them to get out of the road——THEN THE PAIUTE TRIBAL POLICE showed up.
KNOCKED the trailer out of the road, exited 4 wheel trucks & ordered all the protesters on their knees or they would shoot.
I hope those fools get some serious time in a Tribal jail.

We took the cubs on a "before school starts" road trip down to see the other half of the family.
The rules, since we were moseying along and not trying to break any land speed records, was state roads, no chains.
Stopped at every place that took our fancy, farm equipment expos, church carnivals, gun shows, county fairs, saw some places that had given up and saw even more that were fighting back to keep their little slice of heaven running.

I don’t live far from Leavenworth. A great little town to visit with the RV. In my experience, there are ZERO good Californians moving to any area outside of Cali. Everyone of the, brings California with them. Since the pandemic they have gobbled up every house and property with Silicon valley wages driving out the locals who have relied on the usual local economies. I am looking for a place on Mars but soon enough we won’t even be able to afford a scrap of red dirt on another planet.
